1. General Agreement

By creating an account, adding funds, or placing an order on LIBGRAM, you automatically agree to all our rules and terms listed below. It is your responsibility to read them before making a purchase. We have the right to change these terms without giving any notice.

2. Service Rules for All Social Media Platforms

LIBGRAM provides social media marketing (SMM) services for multiple networks including Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, LinkedIn, and more.

Purpose Only: Our services are only meant to boost your profile "appearance" (followers, likes, views). We do not guarantee that your new followers will engage, chat, or buy from you. We only guarantee you get the count you paid for.
Account Must Be Public: Always keep your account or page set to Public before placing an order. If your account is Private, our system cannot deliver, and you will not get a refund.
No Spam or Bad Content: You must not use our panel for any content that includes nudity, scams, hate speech, or anything that violates social media community guidelines.
Do Not Double Order: Do not place two different orders for the same link at the same time. Wait for the first order to complete before ordering again, or your count will be wrong.

Important Disclaimer (Risk Notice)

LIBGRAM is not responsible if your account gets banned, suspended, or if your photos/videos are deleted by social media networks like Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube. You use our services at your own risk. We are not officially affiliated with any social media company.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

Once you add money to your LIBGRAM wallet or complete a payment, the deposit is final. We do not offer refunds back to your bank account, credit card, or crypto wallet.

If an order fails or cannot be delivered, the money will be refunded back to your LIBGRAM panel account balance so you can use it for other orders.

If you open a dispute or chargeback against us after making a deposit, we will permanently ban your account and remove all followers/likes from your pages.

4. Drop & Refill Policy

Social media companies update their apps regularly, which can sometimes cause a drop in your followers, likes, or views. If you bought a service that has a "Refill Guarantee," you can open a support ticket, and our system will top it up for free during the guarantee period.

5. Governing Law

Any issues or legal disagreements relating to our services will be handled locally within our operating business jurisdiction.
