Refund Policy

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE: By making a payment or adding funds to LIBGRAM, you confirm that you will not open an unauthorized dispute or a chargeback against us under any circumstances.
1. General Deposit Policy
Once you add funds to your LIBGRAM wallet using any payment gateway (such as Cards, UPI, Crypto, or Net Banking), the transaction is final. We do not offer direct refunds back to your original bank account, credit card, or wallet.
You must use your deposited balance to purchase social media marketing services on our panel. This balance does not expire and can be spent over time.
2. Order Cancellations & System Fails
If our system fails to deliver your order (due to technical issues, server overloads, or invalid service routing), the spent funds will be automatically credited back to your LIBGRAM account wallet balance.
However, you will NOT receive any refund or credit if your order breaks because of the following user errors:
- You provided a broken, dead, or incorrect link.
- Your social media account was set to Private during delivery.
- You changed your profile username or handle before the order finished.
- You deleted the post, image, video, or account page.
Chargeback & Dispute Consequences
If you open a chargeback or payment dispute against LIBGRAM after making a successful deposit, your account will be immediately banned. We also reserve the right to remove every single follower, like, view, or subscriber previously sent to your or your client's accounts, and blacklist your links from future panel usage.
3. Fluctuations & Drops
Social media algorithms regularly change, which might cause a portion of your followers, likes, or views to drop over time. This is standard third-party platform behavior and is completely out of our control.
- Services with a "Refill" guarantee are eligible for free top-ups. If drops occur, open a support ticket or tap the refill button in your history panel within the warranty period.
- Services marked with "No Refill" are budget services. They do not get free top-ups or balance refunds if a drop happens.
4. Need Help?
If an order is stuck, showing an error, or if you have questions regarding your account wallet balance, please do not worry. Open a ticket inside our dashboard, and our support staff will assist you within 24 hours.
